To help make sure everyone can be informed of the social events going on at Pohai Nani there is a weekly and monthly calendar set up to let everyone share the events that are happening in any given month.

Many Pohai
Nani residents are active
members of the community who volunteer their services to
the public. Some residents write, edit and produce a monthly newsletter:
"Kukui o Pohai Nani." All of the people of Pohai Nani become
part of the residents' Hui, which provides them the friendship and support
of an extended family.
